I have been a trainer and weightlifting for over 10 years. During this time I have tried pretty much every workout routine and nutrition plan there is. Over time, ive learned that, while it might not be fancy, the best workouts are simple, intense and effective.
I teach each of my clients to eat right, train right, and make sustainable changes that build confidence in the gym and in life! My goal is to help every client avoid the pitfalls I made when I first started.
